Team Management
- Select 14 players for your fantasy cricket match
A starting 11 and 3 Substitutes
- You can select a maximum of 8 players from either country
- There are no restrictions on player types
- Use the Up and Down Arrows to change the Batting
and Bowling Orders of any selected player
Fantasy Cricket Scorecard
- Your players scores and bowling figures are updated with each ball of the live cricket match into your very own, fantasy cricket scorecard.
Your Substitution control panel is above your scorecard
- The fantasy cricket scorecard will use the Batting & Bowling Orders YOU assigned
- You will have one fantasy cricket scorecard for each match in the series
- Winning your fantasy cricket match is just like winning any cricket match:
The bowlers in your team must take 10 wickets or bowl 20 overs (50 in ODIs) for less runs than your batsmen have scored!
- Your team will bat first in matches 1-4 and bowl first in match 5 and match 6 which is the T20 game
- Only your best 3 fantasy cricket matches will be considered in
the tournament rankings, so dont worry if you miss or lose a couple of matches
- You can ENTER or make unlimited changes to your team 1 HOUR
before the live match is scheduled to start
My Fantasy Team Lost By 3 Wickets N.R.R -1.37
Batting Rule - standard cricket rules apply
- Your team can bat a maximum of 20 overs (120 balls) (300 balls in an ODI)
- Once 120 balls are faced, batsmen's strike rate will be used to determine his score for your fantasy cricket match.(Shown in the fantasy column)
- Runs scored by remaining batsmen in the batting order will be IGNORED
Example
In the example on the right, notice Ravindra Jadeja has scored 50 runs of 30 balls,
but in the fantasy column only 25 runs are counted, this is because the bastmen above him in the assigned batting order have played 105 balls, leaving Jadeja to face only 15 balls out of the available 120 balls in a 20 Over game!!
Using his stirke rate in this innings we know he would score 25 runs in 15 balls.
Also notice Sangakkara, Lee and Murali's scores are being ignored this is becuase 20 overs have already been played by the bastmen above
so their are no balls left in this fantasy match for these players to bat!!
So Brett Lee's useful innings of 20 runs from 10 balls has gone to waste for this fantasy team, had he been assigned a higher batting order say in place of Brad Hodge or Yuvraj Singh his runs would have counted
and this fantasy team would have scored even more than 145 in the 20 overs.
So think before assigning your batting order!!

MY FANTASY TEAM 145/7 in 20 OVERS
|
| MAXIMUM OVERS 20 OVERS |
|
Bowling Rule - standard cricket rules apply
- Your Fantasy Team can take a maximum of 10 wickets or bowl a maximum of 20 overs (120 balls) (50 Overs in the ODIs)
- If more than 10 wickets are taken or more than 20 overs bowled, the bowlers average and economy rate will be used to determine his bowling figures for your fanatsy cricket match.(Shown in the fantasy column)
- Runs conceded by remaining bowlers in the bowling line up will be
IGNORED!
- Runouts also count as wickets. Only the player responsible for dislodging the bails will be credited with the run out. Runouts are added to the Wickets
column of players in your bowling line up
- If your bowlers do not take 10 wickets or do not bowl 20 overs, 12 penalty runs will be added for every over under 20
Example
In this example on the right, notice Murali's live match figures are 4 overs for 30 runs taking 4 wickets, but his figures in the fantasy match are
2 overs for 15 runs with 2 wickets. This is becuase the players above him have taken 8 wickets so only 2 are needed from Murali to get the opposition All Out!!
Also notice Suresh Raina's expensive bowling figures are being ignored as 10 wickets have already been taken by the players above him
so the 'opposition' score will not include the runs conceded by Raina as they are All Out!
This has resulted in a modest 115/10 in 15 overs for the 'fantasy' opposition!
Had Raina been assigned a bowling order above Murali, his runs conceded would have been added to the fantasy opposition score
So think before assigning your bowling order!!
TIP: Remember you can get wickets through run outs too and keepers are the mostly likely players to remove the bails those of you with a keen eye may have noticed McCullums figures on the right
